Local coordination and urgent help

For repairs, access, quotes, deliveries, storm checks or urgent property issues. From €125 per task. Extra time billed at €65/hour.

Keyholding

Secure key storage for emergency access, provider visits or guest lock-outs. From €49/month.

Vehicle logistics

Car wash, ITV coordination, workshop logistics or vehicle preparation before arrival. From €95 per one-off service or monthly vehicle care on request.

Pet care and chauffeur

Pet care and chauffeur support can be arranged on request, depending on dates, location and availability. Pricing is quoted individually.
